Fabrication:

Mix the flour and hot water and knead until the dough comes together and becomes smooth on the outside. Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.

Take the minced meat in a deep bowl and add all the stuffing ingredients in small cubes. Finally, add the soy sauce and mix. If the mortar is too hard, you can add slightly cold water.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into rounds. Thin the edges of the pieces you cut a little more with a rolling pin.
