Depression is something many teenagers struggle with nowadays. I wanted to talk about depression because I feel like not a lot of people understand what it means and not a lot of people know how to approach to those with depression. In our society depression is being seen as the feeling sadness but I assure you it is so much harder and intense than sadness. Depression makes you think about so many dark things and unfortunately you can’t control or stop thinking about these dark things. And the hardest part is if you have ignorant parents there won’t be anyone in your life who would understand your situation
