1900 yılında seydiler'de dünyaya gelmiştir.kastamonuda bulunan cephanelerin Ankaraya götürülmesi için mücadele vermiştir.Topal Yusuf'tan bir kızı olmuştur.Kızının ismini Elif koymuştur.1921 yılında maalesef donarak hayata veda etmiştir.
